This place seemed like a one man shop. We sat upstairs and it gave off a boat like atmosphere - not sure if that was intentional.
I got the jerk shrimp dish, the small size, but it definitely was not small. The owner originally said the small size comes with 6 jumbo shrimp, but my dish definitely had more than 6. The owner definitely warned that the dish was spicy, but it was a beyond tolerable/deathly kind of spicy and I love spice! Not sure I'm a fan of this place but I might come back to try a different dish but beware of the jerk shrimp.

Love the jerk chicken, it is just spicy enough to clear a head cold. the staff is also a friendly bunch.

First, a warning. If you're in a hurry this is not the place to go. I love this place, but the service is ALWAYS slow. Even if you call you order in ahead of time you're guaranteed a wait. However, I've been going there for years and have never had a disappointing meal. The food is fresh and made with great ingredients right there behind the counter. Everything is good and the servings are ample. Excellent West-Indian flavors and lick the plate, suck the bone, delicious! If service were a little more efficient I'd give it 5 stars.
