The Hundreds customer service over the phone sucks. They dont pick up their phone during store hours in LA or NYC with a recording of a female voice as to try to make the situation have a calming affect and I left a vm for the LA store, but the NYC store mailbox is full and isn't able to receive any store messages and of course they mention e-mailing them. Also when you make a purchase online they dont send you a confirmation e-mail outlining your order like an invoice/receipt/proof of purchase, they just send you a bothersome e-mail about subscribing to their mailing list about new products instead, even if you uncheck the subscribe box during placing your order. Completely cool brand as far as style's, theme's and the classic exploding adam bomb, but just like Supreme LA they have a like snoody private insider's club attitude like a high end private golf club and some of the Diamond Supply Co employee's attitude on fairfax in LA are also like this. It comes with the territory in these geographic and demographic specific places and with clothing overall, just like the music world, very high maintenance acting and switch up style, attitude different day to day

Absolutely fantastic service, Micheal was a don, treated me and the family like old friends, All the staff here are a credit to The Hundreds, A message to all the others stores in New York, the level of service given here should be your benchmark, treat folks as you wish to treated, with respect! A message to Bobby Hundred, there are some unfortunate negative reviews on here regarding service but I can only assume that you have turned it around by changing the squad that represents you, right now, The Hundreds NYC have now nailed quality service to post, great store, great variety, great attitude, I will be back and I will definitely recommend, don't change and keep those with an arrogant attitude at arms length when it comes to employment, they only hurt you, they never make you special and they stink of illusions of grandeur!

Horrible customer service. Purchased a pair of shoes on sale online, but website did not make it clear that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Turns out the shoes didn't fit, and when I called customer service to figure out if there was anything I could do, I was met with excuses and attitude. Instead of finding a solution to keep me a happy and returning customer, the customer service agent hung up on me. Very unprofessional and disappointing, I will not be ordering from them again.
