What a dump, rude people, workers need more training on being polite and leave the gansta attitude home . Slow walking, greasy hair with scowl puss on their faces. Ask a question and what a look you get a blank space stare down, clueless or just unapproachable. Customer Service, what a joke they need more training in proper manners and pleasant attitude towards customer and their own staff. The store manager was yelling at an employee at the front desk. Unbelievable, not necessary to act like some Nazi. Everyone looked but no one told the manager to knock it off. I guess it comes with the type of people in Passaic . The store has nothing in stock I was told to go to the Paramus store if I wanted better quality tile, since Home Depot stores are not the same with certain products. Passaic carries lower grade and less stock. Hows that for a shocker? Headquarters should go unannounced to really see that place in action.

Horrible place disorganized and non existing customers support.

Good store. Only 3% sales tax. A lot of day laborers walking around begging for work and change.

Bad service ,some of the employers are despots, they feel as if they were owners .

Hope depot is home depot. Nothing special. Sama old employees that make up answers when they don't know. Lead you in the wrong direction. But good selection
