Crowded and unfriendly. I asked an employee if they had pet-safe, cement-safe salt (calcium chloride) before the storm and was waved in the direction of the throng of customers 80' away only to find after a few minutes that they had none in stock, didn't even have a place for it. I asked another employee who pointed to where the first one had been standing, and said, "If we have any, it'll be in a cart over there behind that grill." When there was still none, I asked about play sand and was directed to Outside Garden (instead of Building Materials). Not finding any, I asked another passing employee who said they didn't have that either. I asked him if he could check the inventory for these items at the McLean Blvd store and was dismissively told he was pretty sure they didn't have it (without checking).

Can find anything you would expect to find here. The functionality to search for item online is very useful. It actually tells you exactly where it is located.

The usual Home Depot. That's not a bad thing. We got our (artificial) Christmas tree here and some ornaments and lights and are happy with our purchase.

Worst Home Depot ever. Service and selection.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff- satisfied from the beginning (only a couple of min for the specialist to come and help) to the end (parking lot staff helping to load). AA++
