Convenient location off New England Thruway exit 11. Staff is not very helpful if you need assistance finding a product or getting questions answered. Ample parking is available. Very close to Bay Plaza Shopping Center and Mall in Co-op City area.

Great Home Depot, Great Customer Service. A very helpful person there is Yeisy (yxg4901) she is a cashier that always try to help customers 100% even in the departments. She helped me to find many items in plumbing and cleaning department.

Looking for someone to help is close to imposible. Better chance of seeing god walk on water. If it wasn't for how close it was to my home i would never go there, but time is money. New management needed. Some of the cashiers are useless. Good luck.

This is probably the best home depot I've ever visited. The paint department mixed the custom high gloss for our door in 8 minutes. They are open late, and their tellers are fast. The only grief is the location, which is a bit out of the way, and you have to enter through a specific entrance or drive around a while to get back to it. All in all, very helpful.

The customer service in this location is the worst. I went in to buy a window shade and I actually found it in less than five minutes, however I literally waited for over an hour and a half for somebody to assist me to cut it to the right size. I spoke to the assistant manager as well at least 10 employee's and nobody knew how to cut the shade while the employee BABA was on his lunch break. Unfortunately after waiting all that time I was informed that the employee assigned to that area had another 15 minutes left on his lunch time. I left frustrated and without the item I came in to purchase. I have a hard time understanding the concept of how such a large company like home depot would not have a backup person to assist the customer!!! That I consider poor buisness management, not to mention losing money and customers in the process. Train your employees to be efficient so your customers could have a pleasent shopping experience and want to return to your store.
