I found that upon entering this HD someone greets you with a greeting and i found that to be nice. At the customer service desk, questions about where to find something was not bad. A little wait for the assistant to come and take us to the area we need to find our items we needed. Overall the variety of products are acceptable. Would really would be a boon to the service would be if floaters would be more available to customers in need of help on the spot instead of looking for one myself which is most frustrating and annoying.

Store is very busy due to its location and small size however it is very well stocked. I usually shop during the day for my business and i must say that the staff is always friendly and helpful. I rarely have a bad experience unlike the many mixed reviews. My recent purchase was in hardware for a Milwaukee combo set and the young man that helped me was knowledgeable and very polite and couldn't have asked for better service.

This is one of, if not The Worst Home Depot. Flat out. The staff aren't simply unfamiliar with the products available as well as usage, they are combative with customers. More specifically the staff, who's job is more so customer service than their peers, who are situated at a desk or counter. I have been freelancing as a general repair / maintenance through TaskRabbit over the last 6 months. Before then, I worked as an over hire carpenter for Television and Theater. So, being this is my closest Home Depot I frequent this store. Sometimes upwards of 3 times a week or multiple times a day.
I've experienced more times than I can recall "This isn't my department. (Walks away)" as a response to a simple question. A question that was already hard asked due to dread of further perplexing one of the workers with that simple question immediately related to a product in the store and not the task to be preformed. A question of dread that was hard asked after FINALLY find SOMEONE in an orange apron having walked a circle in the section I was shopping in for 10 minutes.
I purchased a Makita drill some time ago from this home depot and when I got home I discovered that the drill had already been used and some components were missing. No fuss, I went to exchange it. Only to argue about 'why' I was returning the drill if 'it worked'. Like... what? Not even asking for my money back, I paid for a new drill, I'd like a new drill; I should just be grateful? What the....
This is an ongoing theme here. There isn't a familiar face this store that I would want to gravitate to in hopes of a faster solution to any issue I might have. Like, at least a "my guy/gal" sort of individual. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE. Restaff, ground up. All this staff stuff aside, they're pretty well stocked which would be enough if it was a Grainger, but it's a department store. So... Customer service is a must.
