How does one assess the quality of a service oriented business? For me, it is by measuring the success and validity of the services rendered.
Kristen, the owner of "The Happy Canine" accomplishes her goals in a positive and enjoyable manner. In my puppy, Baci's, case the results were immediate. Kristen began the first session by teaching Baci some basic commands. She did so in a delightful, upbeat, confident manner. My puppy took to her immediately; eager to participate.
Kristen uses "positive reinforcement" as her means for getting the results she requires. She does so persistently and persuasively. She is very knowledgeable and systematic, as she utilizes the tools she has acquired in her trade. Her experience handling dogs is vast. It is very obvious she loves what she does.
In addition to private lessons, Kristen also has group classes at a local pet store.
Anyone considering getting obedience training for their dog would not be disappointed if Kristen was selected to be the trainer. She makes certain that the owner understands how to practice the lesson taught each session so that there is a productive follow through during the week until the next session.
"The Happy Canine" is only part of the picture. The other part is "The Happy Owner" thanks to Kristen.
