We browsed this property, very clean, very well taken care of, elevator was maticulous, the hallway smelled clean, jump on this people, there are far more worse in Yonkers, Bronxville, New Rochelle.

Very nice apartment spacious and well secured. Close to metro north station . Land lord extremely friendly. Good location .

Moved into a 2bed/2bath with my wife from a small 1 bedroom in NYC and couldn’t have been happier.
We loved this place, brand new building, had amazing amenities (large kitchen, granite tops, washer/dryer in apt, tall ceilings, lots of closets/space).
Parking is on the ground floor and steps from the industrial sized elevator (makes moving simple). Train station is walking distance from the lobby, I-95 just down the block.
Management located on the first floor, extremely nice, always around to help, any problems I ran into were repaired that day or within 24hrs (even on weekends).
Building very pet friendly, management built a grass area to walk your pet on which was next to the parking lot.
I would recommend this building to anyone looking to live in the Westchester area.

New, Clean, nice people live in, nice landlords, helpful, easy to commute, large spacious units, large kitchen with lots of cabinets, bright with good light, 2 bath R, parking (pay extra)

-Everything is electric, have to pay $400-$500 in winter or summer for power bill,
-Has low capacity bathtub (warm water just 15 min)
-Noise from I95 highway
