Customer for a number of years. Staff always pleasant. They really love the dogs..you can't fake that. I have two dogs who are very timid and they treat them like they are their children. Price point is very acceptable. Always satisfied with the cuts and appointment accommodations. Highly Recommend....

Although my pup came out looking great initially, I realized they hadn't trimmed everywhere they were supposed to for the type of dog I have. I thought about calling back, however, it already had taken them 1.5 hours longer than they had told me originally and the workers were very rude. Not somewhere I want to return to.

I brought my dog in for an 11am appointment on a Thursday morning. I asked approximately how long it would be because I had appointments elsewhere throughout the day and was told 2 hours. At 1:00 I wasn't called. Ok, fine. 1:30, 2, 2:30...no phone call. I finally showed up at 245 thinking maybe they had the wrong phone number. I was told my dog wasn't even seen yet! At this point my other appointments which I had for the day had to be cancelled. I kept my mouth shut and decided to flip out when it was time to go pick her up. I finally get a phone call 3:20 that she was ready. I demanded to speak to a manager or supervisor and was just stared at. Like honestly they didn't understand what I was asking for. An older women came out and stated that because it is a "high volume" store they get backed up. An additional 3 hours? I said what's the point of making an appointment if she wasn't going to be seen for 3 hours after? Also I told her I wasn't happy that my dog was in a crate for 5 hours and her response was "she's fine" but the kicker is when she told me that id probably be best taking my dog elsewhere. To be exact, calling "one of those trucks" I'm sure the owner would love to know that. Instead of rectifying the problem she continued to preach how this "wasn't her fault". So I guess it's my fault? I'm a manger in the service industry and even on the days I know I am 1000% right I would NEVER give a customer the responses she gave me. Oh she did give me $5 off. Woohoo! This is very unfortunate because I have referred many people to there facility. I along with those people will not be returning.

I have never had a bad experience here with my dog Mia. We have been taking her here for 10 years. We always just make sure to take her sometime early in the morning during the week, because weekends can get very busy. She has never gotten any injuries and always comes out looking beautiful.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL to bring your dogs here. I took My 8month puppy in to get her tear marks trimmed and nails trimmed, I heard my puppy squealing and screaming continuously inside. When I ask someone who worked there if that is my puppy screaming, they told me " its not my dog screaming" When my puppy came out her paw was covered in blood and was bleeding . I tell them "OMG she is bleeding"...He tells me... "its normal and that they cut it too short" Charged me full price for HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE if you love your pet there are many other dog salons on the island. This has never happened to me when I went to other doggie groomers. My puppy was traumatized! it is completely unacceptable for a professional groomer to make a mistake and then be so dismissive about it. Animals have no voice, so we have to advocate and speak for them.
