Nice, clean place, extremely friendly staff, comfortable bed, spacious, cozy room, free coffee in the morning, free WiFi internet access throughout the hotel.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping could have been more attentive to replenishing drinking glasses and toiletries. We had to ask them for more, but they quickly complied.

- Terrible #149933

Noisiest hotel in NYC. Got a cheap rate online so tried it. One person to check you in and out. no coffee in room. The doors are old and have gaps I could hear every word of the guy next to me. There is also a loud hum in the back the building that turns on and off. Called again to see what the reg price was and they said it was $600.
