We had gone to the Graycliff to look at wedding venues for our 05/06/2017 wedding. The directions were a little complicated based off of their website so we had to figure out the exact location by looking at the numbers on the building surrounding the location. If following the directions on their website you would end up pulling into a warehouse parking lot. The inside was very beautiful they have a gorgeous reception room with newer uncovered chairs and a beautiful dance floor. The cocktail hour would be held in an atrium which gives an outdoor garden feel. They would have piano playing during the cocktail hour. You had an option of doing the ceremony in the reception room and then turning it over to dinner or outside in their gazebo area. The outside gazebo area looks nicer in the pictures than it actually is. To walk to it you have to go through the overpass where cars get dropped off to valet which they told me would be redirected if we choose and outdoor ceremony. The gazebo area is small and only fits chairs around it in a circle so guests on the opposite side would not be able to see us get married and not to mention its basically in the parking lot because you have a huge tall building behind the gazebo and a gas station to your right with a traffic light intersection so basically if someone honks their horn it would be during your ceremony. The worst part was when we actually sat down with some other girl after the first girl gave us a tour, she didn't seem interested in even being there. She was so melancholy and monotoned and could care less if we wanted to book there or not. She didn't seem interested or wasn't enthusiastic for us to have our wedding there. If I'm booking a wedding I would want to know that the person coordinating it would be involved and want to make sure everything would be great and this girl didn't. All in all we booked somewhere else. The outdoor ceremony space and the lack of hospitality quickly told us that we shouldn't book here.

This was the worst experience I ever had. Mr. Anthony Papanarkos, Owner is rude and disrespectful, he yelled at My wife because she complained that our guests had to wait 1/2 hour for coffee. The party finished at 7 pm my guests were getting up and getting ready to leave when a group of the staff rushed in the room and started to push tables and pick up glasses and things because they had another party. They booked a party not even 1/2 hour after mine was finished which would it means that I had no time to pick up my stuff. All my decorations were pretty much removed rudely from the room and we were actually told to leave in 5 minutes. This is the worst venue you could ever go. Save your money!!!!! Don't book a party here!!!!! You will regret it

I just had my wedding here on Saturday, 10/17. I can't say enough good things about this place. The service was phenomenal and so was the food. My guests kept raving about how beautiful the venue was and how good the food and drinks were. The staff was great to my guests and our Maitre D Charlie was excellent! He quickly resolved what could of been an issue for us that night. He went above and beyond for us! We had a great time and would use and highly recommend this venue again.

Attended a school function here. Food was good, served buffet style in this case.
Decorations a little bit dated BUT still attractive and well done. I'm sure weddings etc would look quite well.
Nice fountain area for pictures.
