my opinion on dealing with Goldfarb properties is that they were very professional in helping me find an apartment. After living on the Upper East Side of Manhattan for 14+ years I love living at 1770 GC. The doormen are curteous and helpful; maintenance keep the common areas very clean and are also polite.

I Love the morning doorman ( Juan), he is so helpful and pleasant. The maintenance department always come in a timely manner. I would give this build an A
