Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Physical therapists don't appear competent and fail at precautions and effort. Staff seems to blame each other for mistakes. Not a safe place for patients. One of the worst facilities ever experienced.

The building might be old but the staff is consistently friendly, professional, caring, and in some specific instances extraordinarily competent. I feel very comfortable about the care they've given my brother for more than a year now. Gold stars for QCRRH/The Grand.

My mother is 96 year old she here at the grand rehab center of oueen she doing very good they took good care of her the room aid and the nurses god bess them working here .l dont care what some people say about here they do good for all people .it not ez.to help and work here.
