Great place to live, excellent management, we are a family of tree, ( with a toddler) living since last December 2015. And everything is been great so far. the majority of residents are young professionals.

I you are old enough to have owned a slide rule, it may have been manufactured in this building. Built in the late 1800's as K&E's slide rule factory, it was converted to residential units years ago. The new owners have put in place new management, and have invested heavily in restoration as well as renovation. It is a great place to live!

Great location but AWFUL MANAGEMENT. Each call to the super takes approximately 3 months for a response, the leasing agent is impossible to get a hold of, the parking garage repairs are 3 months over due (with no notice).... I've been living here for 5 months and absolutely can't wait for my lease to be up! Stay far away!
