The management must be in transition or something...bar was crowded, which I took as a good sign, so I was sat at a table in the well appointed upper dining area with three other destitute tables longing for service and refills. One couple had just finished (I assume) and asked to speak to a manger about their experience...I think she might still be sitting there. Really sucks being in NYC for the night and wasting the opportunity for a good meal by taking the recommendation of the hotel clerk...swing and a miss.
