Thank you people at The Fixery! I too sent our luggage back to be repaired and needed it back this week. I called and explained our dilemma. It was due back within the next few days. The very next day our luggage was back! Our fabulous Eagle Creek Luggage was handled professionally and looks great. Thank you thank you!

I am a serious traveler - 200 nights a year. Even with the high end luggage (I am using eagle creek bags) zippers still break.
They are an Eagle Creek repair shop. I sent two bags via USPS last week figuring I would get them in a month.
This morning, I called to ask if they would expedite the shipment.
This evening, I received a shipment notification.
All I can muster up is WOW!! THANK YOU!!

Excellent service by mail. And fortunately he Fixery made repairs that were needed but not expected, under warranty. I have my whole life organized in this back pack, and they were able to save it. Thank you

They repaired my stroller back to tip top condition. It was well worth the money I spent so I did not have to purchase a new stroller. I would recommend them to anyone!

This is a greedy, overpriced repair shop compounded by a crude rudeness. I made two 30 mile round trips and spent 3 hours of my time to get an absurd price to replace a zipper ($100.00). HIs manager gave me a price of $65.00 and the owner tried to charge me $100.00, I took the case back (with no apology from the owner for the price change and my waste of gas and time )and had a perfect zipper replacement done for $45.00. Beware of this guy, irwin S.
