Everyone here was extremely kind,competent and helpful for the surgery.
I encountered only one problem.My surgery was Jan. 23,2009. I received ONE statement indicating a charge for services but no bill. I never received any other statements until April 22,2009 when I received a letter from a COLLECTION agency. This is the first letter I have ever received from a collection agency. I was appalled. To make matters worse I tried to pay my bill over the phone and was told I had to call another number as the billing is "outsourced". The person I called there only works 2 days a week.
Apparently there was an error in my address form the center but not from the collection agency. No one called me to address this problem.!!!! It just went to a collection agency. When you go be sure you know what you are responsible for.
