I love this place! It's cute. It's in an area of Manhattan where there are little to no tourist and the ambiance is comfortable.
Being Australian... I am inclined to crave and love eggs and baked beans for breakfast... And this is the place for it. The scones are ridiculously delicious, don't share of you could keep people from stealing them. The meatloaf special for dinner was delicious, eggs Benedict was perfect! Where else can you get a dill scone eggs Benedict? Highly recommended.
A stellar place... Just make sure you have cash on weekends... They do not take credit cards on weekends... Apparently they need the cash to pay the farmers.

Came here for brunch this weekend with my sister. It is really cute inside and the service is great - always full water glass is a must for me! The food was delicious. We had the avacado toast, lemon ricotta pancakes, and omg the burger! They all were spot on but the burger was by far the best! It came with duk fat fries a.k.a. huge potato wedges, and some tasty pickles. The burger was super juicy and flavorful with the perfect amount of everything on top! This was probably one of the best burgers I have had in awhile and definitely worth the trek downtown! They even take open table reservations, so it is a must go!

Great cocktails, super tasty meals. Service varies between amazing and cold/ rude. There's often a wait, but I think its worth it.

I took one of my best friends to dinner at The Fat Radish on Friday, 8/28/2015 and we had a really memorable experience! The service is wonderful and I really love the ambiance. The restaurant is really cozy and intimate. Great quality food (amazing appetizers, the shepherd's pie is delicious) and very well prepared. My friend had the bacon burger and he's still talking about it a week later. The wine selection is also great. Our waitress, Ana, was so attentive and enthusiastic, she really made us feel welcome and taken care of. I really enjoyed my meal at The Fat Radish!

Fat Radish has a softly lit interior and its clientele is mostly young 20-somethings. The food is not exclusively vegetarian but judging by the menu, its focus is on veggie dishes. I had the flagship Fat Radish plate for brunch and it was delicious. The banana bread was also good but my brunch partner's potato cake, poached egg, plate was just ok hence the four stars instead of five. Staff was friendly and service was expedient even during a busy Sunday brunch
