The Fair, located at the Shops at Atlas Mall, should be named THE UN-FAIR. They wouldn't give me credit for items I purchased as a Christmas gift for my wife even though I showed a receipt. This merchandise is brand-new, unused, and unopened. According to them, I had done my Christmas shopping too early. No wonder all their other local stores have gone out of business.
The Fair could easily, at least, provide their customers with credit for items returned with receipts like the rest of the retailers offer within 2 weeks after Christmas. Most will actually give credit without a receipt during this period. Bed Bath & Beyond gave me credit for a returned gift, even though the purchase was made over 3 months ago.
Thank you, Bed Bath & Beyond for your superior customer service. As for The Fair, shame on you!
