We have been living at the Elm East in Queens for over two years now since the buildings inception. Our apartment finishes are top of the line, especially compared to our previous place in Elmhurst. Even after the two years, the furniture and appliances still look great, even though we rarely use the kitchen as there are so many restaurants in the area. The staff is super friendly and responsive to our questions. The best feature is the location. We have the subway and bus at our doorstep and always have plenty of food selection downstairs. Safe area and really a nice neighborhood feel to Queens.
