Relaxed yet formal. A nice cider watching everyone walk past in Soho.

Came here for an intimate Xmas Eve dinner and was stuck with the GRINCH as a waiter. The waiter never checked back to see if we were satisfied or if we needed anything else. He was rude and had a bad attitude. When expressing concern to management, all he could do was apologize for ruining my 2015 Xmas Eve. Thanks The Dutch - not likely I will ever come back

I came here for brunch and it was only okay. Arrived before noon on a Sunday, so had to wait until after 12 for a cocktail (NYC law, not their fault), which the waitress insisted she would have at my table as soon as the time hit. Well, at 12:20 I had to ask again after watching her serve cocktails to several other tables except mine. When it finally arrived, the cocktail, which was supposed to be passion fruit based, tasted more like Tropicana orange juice. The waitress did take it away, without me asking, and brought me a glad of wine instead, which was very good. Ordered oysters, which are good, but pricy, and not special, and the only egg dish on the menu (really? Brunch and only one egg option?). The poached eggs were fine, but came with cooked tomato & a Chipotle hollandaise, none of which particularly went together, but was okay enough to eat. I'm not sure I understand all the rave reviews, I'd definitely skip this place, NY had much better options - especially for brunch.

Very good for and atmosphere. Their kimchi entree wasn't very good though. Their kimchi was too fresh.

My boyfriend came here over Labor Day for dinner, so it wasn’t too busy. Dutch has beautiful decor not over the top and I didn’t get that stuffy feel. The waiter was very attentive and not pushy they have more seafood on the menu, but I opted for the grilled pork, chile verde, heirloom, and radish. My boyfriend had the cornmeal crusted Trout, summer beans, mustard. For appetizers we had fig endive, goat cheese, and camembert spiced nuts and eggplant dip. I have no complaints. The pork was cooked to perfection and the texture of the fish was perfect. Everything was delicious. We loved the fig endive, goat cheese appetizer. The portions are perfect. You really get value for your menu. I would defiantly recommend The Dutch.
