This is a neat little place with great food and great prices, especially for Chelsea! Although their wine selection is decent, I wouldn't call it a wine bar, but rather a Turkish/middle eastern pub.
The place is cozy, refined and a secret place for a little serenity in the NYC chaos. The open fireplace in the back is a nice treat. The staff (bartenders) were excellent and allowed us to sample a couple of different beverages.
I had the mini pizza, the artichoke plate and a couple of other ones as well. Everything comes on small plates and is great to split between 2 people.
Im not sure where the negative reviews are coming from, I love this little place. I plan to come back here next time I am in NYC :)

Expected a full bar, got a wine bar. They have some unusual paintings on the walls.

Come here after exploring the High Line and order a wine from the extensive menu. Great bartender will let you try a few things before you settle on a glass of what you'd like. I only had appetizers here; both were small-portioned, so maybe make this spot just for drinks before heading to a substantial dinner.
