The Distillery art gallery run by Gabriel Pacheco is the worst art gallery I have tried to work with, by far. The director deliberately made several appointments when he knew he would not be at the gallery to brush me off. And when I finally did meet him by intentionally showing up late to find him he was extremely arrogant, insulting, and treats artists like garbage. I was able to sit down to talk to him for about 15 minutes and it was not pleasant.
Has no understanding of art and extremely stupid. A ruthless, shallow business pretending to be an art gallery. Oh and by the way, their location isn't good and the gallery space is much smaller than it looks in photos. The street it is on looks like a creepy, run-down back alley.
