We are a boutique development company based out of New York, and because of Igor of CornerStone, we were ablet to acquire and grow significantly by hedging our bets in West Harlem and South of Bronx from 2009-20013. He supported us when others turned away from Harlem and Bronx. Despite now we are becoming attractive to the big boys of the industry, we prefer to use Igor and CornerStone as our preferred brokers for all our development financing needs regardless of size and complexity.
