It really irks me that I have to pay to send my test scores.

Collegeboard sucks, they have nothing to improve one's education

Worst Customer service anywhere. Its sad how they just want your money and not to help education. An easy example of this is the process of sending your score report(s) to your college(s). This is for a ridiculous fee of 18 dollars (takes 2 weeks at best according to college board themselves) or you can pay and additional 39 dollars if you want them to PRETEND to "rush" ship it (Still waiting after 8 days). Guess what its been over a week and my college still hasn't received anything, so where is this money going and what am I paying for?????. Better yet it took me contacting my college in order to find a way to print them for FREE! SAT would never want anyone to do this because its easy money for them, so they say the blah about how the only way to ensure it gets there is by them. DON'T LISTEN! Also keep in mind they don't give refunds for anything even a service you never received, such as myself.
