The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Every coffee shop has their own signature beverage. I realized that Coffee Bean has a few beverages that is popular but the one that I order is the Wintergreen Chai Latte with Almond Milk. If you want to add a little sweetness to your beverage use vanilla almond milk. Make sure your barista is Mikkail. He is the best when it comes to lattes and coffee drinks. .

This is our third and last time trying to come here. We live right across from this place and we want to enjoy coffee while studying here on Saturdays instead of going to Starbucks just down the street a few more steps. The WIFI does NOT work and the staff was not helpful in trying to fix it. The back room has NO wifi and we found out the hard way. Today the staff was also unfriendly to other customers in the line who were ordering. The person making coffee was checking his phone probably trying to help us look for Wifi instead of making the orders and the customer who was ordering said "maybe i can text you my coffee orders, since you are on the phone". Let's just say the whole thing has been uncomfortable. The wifi still diesn't work and we need our laptops for our studying, it's been over an hour of waiting. Not coming back here again.

Jan '16. This staff sure is confident. Generally preoccupied with personal conversations and inside jokes instead of efficiently helping customers. Very casual service and not customer focused.

Adequate number of seating, good coffee and snacks. Better then Starbucks!

First time I went here, I got a nicely made Matcha Latte, and it tasted amazing!
The second time I went there, I ordered one, and the lady making the drinks said we don't do that. I insisted that you did, and that it was on the menu, and then she proceeded to make a drink with matcha powder and expresso (even though the menu clearly says it's a "non-coffee drink"). I don't like coffee, so it tasted disgusting to me, but even my coffee-loving friend said it was awful. Never going here again.
