Great place with friendly people and all the equipment, classes and amenities I need.

Don't eat/drink at the Café!!! Horrible experience. Horrible attitude by the girl that made my smoothie. I think she forgot to put fruit on the smoothie, it was just blended ice, I had to throw it away. Then I ordered a wrap and I asked her for a wrap with hummus and she said " can you just tell me the name of the wrap?" - so I ordered the "Healthy wrap" with no turkey to go - I got home and the wrap had turkey in it, so had to throw it away as I am vegetarian. Will never go back!

They didn't accommodate paid swimming lessons to my son because of a mistake on their website. Really?!?!? My wife and I wanted to register my son for swimming lessons again. You are going to have my money regardless! And they simply refused to do so because they catered to members first? So what! Next time fix your website! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. BAD ATTITUDES OVER THE PHONE. The owners were nasty, saying, "I AM NOT CHANGING OUR POLICY FOR YOU." I HOPE EVERYBODY READS THIS REVIEW AND AVOIDS YOUR NASTY ATTITUDE AND YOUR GYM! THANKS FOR NOTHING!

The customer service is the worst here. I am a paid 3 year member and usually go to the branch at South plainfield. Today i went to Woodbridge club along with my friend and they made me wait 25 minutes without letting me in. The front desk lady Diane called someone in their membership office who showed up after long wait and then started attending a new prospective customer who came much after me. This shows that they do not care about existing members. I drove 25 minutes to play racquet ball which went in vain.
There are lot of better facilities available elsewhere with or without contract. New members, please do not get trapped into their false talks. You can see the negative reviews about this place and i agree with them.

I been a member of this club for over 3 years now. I do enjoy going there as it has many options - swimming pool, Racket Ball, Tennis, Badminton, table tennis, Basketball and Volleyball courts, running track, etc.. I thoroughly enjoy the choice of classes they have. The instructors are amazing.

However there are things that they can improve upon:
1) shower/locker room facility is very old.
2) the running track keeps leaking from multiple corners.
3) the swimming pool size is very small.
4) on weekends the swimming pool is full of kids.
