A nice space with nice risers, but they seriously need to work on crowd control. Getting in and out and in the right line is a nightmare.

The Bushwick Starr is a non-profit Presenting Organization and full-scale performance venue, dedicated to bringing a continuum of performance artists to the Bushwick, Brooklyn community. Focusing on the presentation of new and developing work in theater, dance, and puppetry, The Bushwick Starr offers a professional, supportive, and affordable space for both artists and audiences.
To us locals, the Bushwick Star is a dope place to interact with the local thespians, engage in community discussions and catch a good performance. As our area continues to grow, expect the Bushwick Starr to grow alongside its needs.
