The Bridal Boutique at Always a Bridesmaid

We came here to buy bridesmaid dresses for my sisters wedding that just passed last week. The service was fantastic! Diana in particular really stood out to us and was SOOOO accommodating and patient with us. Her personality was like GOLD. People like her are hard to come by! Our pretty coral dresses looked fabulous and the seamstresses were so sweet, talented and helpful too. The woman that helped us pick our dresses was nice as well! I was the only one that has a bit more issues with the tailoring of my dress, but I think it was because the dress was ordered TOO big, to the point where there were some minor things that just couldn't be fixed, but it still looked gorgeous. =)

Horrific service. Nasty women. I walked in with one bridesmaid and asked to look at a few dresses. They took forever to acknowledge our even being there and then the woman just kept shaking her head saying "no, no, no" a good 20 times. They were unwilling to help look for a dress even tho she openly said they had a free half hour before any appointments were coming in.  She kept telling me to call her and make an appointment for another day, when I told her that I really just wanted to look at a few dresses and couldn't I just take ten minutes she told me that I'm not allowed to. An associate had to be with me but no one could (even tho she just told me that they were all free for a half hour)  I left there and went straight into jersey to Bridal Fantasy where I received the type of treatment a bride and her bridesmaid should get. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Beautiful store, great selection of bridesmaid dresses. Leila was my consultant and she was super helpful and so nice! She helped us find the perfect bridesmaid dress and even gave me a color swatch before I left, which will help when I choose the bouquets. She made sure to ask what style/designers I liked and the color scheme I was going for and we truly found exactly what I was looking for. I had such a pleasant experience and finding the dress was so much easier than I thought! Definitely recommend!

I have had several dresses either fitted or purchased from here . I had no problems with the cutomer service or the seamstress' I have bought 3 dresses for 3 different bridal parties and have brought other dresses in to be fitted by the seamstress there loved their work !!!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! the women that work there are nasty and condescending to say the least. Half of the bridal party I am a part of had problems with the fit of the dress and they wouldn't listen to what our concerns were about the fit (since they ordered dresses like that were far too big). I understand they do this for a living so presumably they know what their talking about, but at the very least they could have listened to and addressed concerns that we had. Instead, they simply said "we've done this before" and ignored the situation. After the first fitting was taken in, it looked like NOTHING was actually done, I took the dress and my business to someone else.
