The Bergen County Protection and Rescue Foundation

Gandhi once said, "The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated." If you walk into The Bergen County Protection and Rescue facility, it is small, tight and crowded but it overflows with love for all the animals there. I am impressed with all the young people who come in to walk, clean, feed and provide companionship to felines and canines in their charge.They may not have the most luxurious or spacious accommodations but what they lack in size they make up in their dedication and love for the animals. The volunteers in that facility should be commended for all the work they do but also the dedication of the staff to find forever homes for their residents deserve much praise. Thank you for your love and dedication to the animals of Bergen County.

How they allow this noisy place in the middle of a residential area is beyond me. It would be nice if the people who ran this place didnt make such a mess of the sidewalk.
