Great location, and the rooms were very clean. That said, the rooms are rather small for its price and there are no useful amenities like microwave.
There are usually spanish-speaking people on staff.

Visiting NYC, all I need is a place to sleep and I got a Groupon Deal so cant complain. Place is realy clean and no bugs! All and all great place but if you want something with a view then this place will NOT be for you.
