I made a reservation for this place and called back a couple hours later to tell them I wasn't going to make it in for the evening. The ding bat on the other line tells me I will be charged full price and a no show fee because I didn't give 24hr notice. I had only called in an hour before mind you. I would have never reserved if I would have known. I even purposely asked the girl if this would happen and she said it wouldn't be a problem. the guy on the other end of the line says its policy but the policies on the website do not reflect that. Im so angry I don't know what to do. I guess Im just another naive girl who had her dreams of seeing NY shattered. Thanks Bellerose Inn for taking my last little bit of money I had and leaving me stranded in NY. When/if I get home I will be seeking legal action.
