I purchased a cinnamon raisin bagel and it was so bland. It had no flavor at all. I returned it and the nice lady at the counter offered me my money back but I refused it. I just wanted to let them know how I felt about the bagel. My son had the pumpernickel and he said it was also bland.

Went 830 am Sunday morning. Bagels were not true NJ bagels. Small, hard, and no taste. It's convenient, and I kick myself each desperate, running late moment I have for breakfast. These poor people in surrounding towns have forgotten what a good bagel place is.
