this comes up with Rockville centre Avalon.....i been here over 7 months and this place has to be worse then a frat house to live at. no security a night and its right by section 8 housing. 1 person was asulted 8 months ago coming from the train, someone tried breaking into my neighbors apartment over the summer, and one resident was taken away since he was a drug dealer. people have has issues in building 1 and building 2 with mold. check under the carpets. i do not reccomend this place.. my previous 2 post have been erased so i will keep reposting till this place gets cleaned up. and also
google this ... avalonbay completes brownfield cleanup in rockville centre where we live had to be cleaned up....since it was formally darby group companies and was the site of a pharmaceutical product warehouse and distribution center. it had been unused since 2000.
