The Atelier Condo

The Atelier Condo is a top of the line building with all the bells and whistles. They have an ice skating rink and tennis court. I am happy to live here and thank Dan Neiditch the president for getting us the perfect apartment. The area is constantly growing and cannot wait for the future.

Its been 3 years since we bought our Atelier condo and could not be happier about it. We just had a baby and the building is so amazing with children. We have movie nights and music classes each week and our board is expanding our children's outdoor playground. Thank you to the River 2 River team for selling us the unit and look forward to my expanding family growing at the Atelier.

Sorry to be leaving the Atelier. Been living here for 6 years and my job is moving be to LA. The Atelier has become a home for me and my family. I raised my children here and got married as well 6 years ago when I moved in. I recommend this building to anyone who wants to live in NYC luxury, safe environment and friendly staff. I've been living in NYC all my life, I didn't think it could get any better--until I moved to The Atelier that is! Growing up on the Lower East Side, I thought I had the best NYC living experience--boy, was I wrong! I've always said once I get older I'd move to Midtown---I'm a city girl who loves the city life! My dream became a reality and I was able to move into my 1BR apartment about three years ago. I work with many people in the fashion industry and one of my colleagues told me about an available 1BR at The Atelier and I immediately went for it. The ceilings are like really high, I have a huge kitchen, closets and my windows are huge enough to see the whole of Midtown. I spend a lot of time in the gym and yoga room that's in my building and the service here is great! I love this place, would highly recommend it to anyone!

A luxury condo that provides plenty of amenities. Nicely designed interior spaces. Stunning view of the City from the roof top garden. The only draw back is the location, and large amount of foreign investors / renters in the building. The neighborhood doesn't provide a lot of amenities.
