Horrible, Our building manager takes many days off, hard to reach and they prevented me from getting a re-fi due to the crazy way they do the budget. I have tried to resolve this for 6 months now, interest rates have risen, I had already been approved for the re-fi etc etc. But they could not do their part to help.
Stay away if you can... do not hire them.

Hands down the worst. Unanswered emails, missing checks and 60 days behind in record keeping for our books. We had two different managers and both were the same. Do not use them.

Liz is my building manager in Manhattan. She is one of the rudest unprofessional managers at Andrews management company. Go elsewhere
