Beautiful building with a great staff. The area is very convenient and just a 5 minute walk to the train. The amenities are incredible ! However with such an amazing terrace, it is a shame that residents are charged $125 per hour for parties more than 5 people. This is a tad outrageous and inconvenient.

We are very happy to be living in this building. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The amenities are pretty good. Some of the apartments have a great view of Manhattan. Recommended.
