Worst place ever.
in span of 2 months, I have seen 3 cars stripped off of their wheels RIGHT in front of the building. Security company is a joke. They are literally never there at the front. I think this management needs to be sued big times for providing such a unsafe environment to live.
Stay away from this horrid place. I wanted to give negative ratings. Worst management.

I would not recommend renting at this property.

When I first moved in under different management, we had security in each building. At 402 Mt Prospect, we have had people assaulted with knives and now guns. When Kettler took over they removed the security from each building and now we have one guard for 2 buildings. It seems as though Kettler is more concerned about saving money instead of lives.

The common areas used to be clean, and bright. The washers used to be wiped out regularly. This is no longer the case. They are worried about replacing the toilets to save money, instead of repairs.
I have had a leak in my bathroom ceiling for more than a month and they just looked at it and said it needed to be patched. ya think? I still have watering leaking from above. I think that they need to repair the leak and then patch the hole.

I will not be staying at this location, if the situation continues.

Do not rent here!

Maintenance is a joke, it takes weeks to fix items and more than one request, the management is unresponsive and deceptive. If you own a car, good luck on finding street parking after 5pm and there is always a long waiting list for property parking. There is security 24 hours a day, but don't expect them to do anything.

Rent is too high for what is offered by this building.

Do yourself a favor, don't live in a Kettler property. The apartments are decent, but the management does not respond.

You are the worst management company that I have ever dealt with. I have left several messages about our situation with no AC in the Mount Prospect Towers. We have been without AC since mid June. We not have been allowed to put in our own window unit, because that would break our lease. Well you not providing AC in our building is in violation of your lease. You have asked us to pay bogus capital gains, that the previous owner incurred, and then a 4% increase to boot. But you don't have the decency to return a phone call. You have been offering a "Free Month Special" for new move ins, and your aren't telling them that we have been with out AC. I feel that we deserve to be compensated for the inconvenience of being constantly hot, unable to cook properly due to the heat.

I will never rent from Kettler, and I will be sure that anyone I encounter, I will be sure to tell them about my experience as well.
