People that are buying into this condo are not thinking about the future clearly! Yes, the neighborhood is quickly changing into an affluent one with many exciting new additions, BUT THIS IS FLOOD ZONE A! That means anytime a threatening hurricane or bad storm moves up the east coast this building WILL COMPLETELY FLOOD as it did during Sandy!
It doesn't matter what floor one lives on...as one has to exit from the ground level in order to exit the premises! Additionally, even if it does not flood, Flood Zone A is a mandatory evacuation zone....so all apt owners will have to evacuate their "luxury" apts whether a storm lives up to its hype or not. That's a large uncomfortable price to pay, just to have stunning views...with no real permanent security. Please, new buyers...please be aware of this!
