Thaw & Wang Mds

Total Care Medical Center (its current name) is one of the most decent medical offices I have been to. I have it a 5- star because of 5 reasons: its clean environment, its professional staff, the doctors there, if my problem was resolved out of the times I’ve went there, and last, but not least, my overall satisfaction after leaving the medical office. The office has definitely a nice cleaning maid or employee because the floors are rarely dirty, the glass panes seem to polish itself every now and then, and the smell of the office allows you a nice impression once you step into the office. The waiting room is part of the front desk and it’s a first come first serve office. That’s why I like it. I don’t like making appointments, and the finding out that I can’t make it that day. I can walk in anytime, 7 days a week, from 9 am to 5pm, except on Wednesdays and Fridays. The office is very hectic and busy (which is good because patients seem to like the office) on the weekends, so I visit during the weekdays where there is a less waiting time. The employees of the medical office and manager are very well trained. They greet in either Mandarin or English with a smile, making you feel comfortable already. They seem to know how to use every medical electronically machine in the office allowing from any help from anybody in a white coat. The manager is a very efficient and sociable woman. Even though she may chat with you from time to time, she will also give you checks up and keep you busy while you are waiting for Dr. Wang. Even though there are a variety of doctors at this office: orthopedists, cardiologist, podiatrist, neurologist, etc., my main doctor is Dr. Wang, who is a family medicine practitioner with many certificates and awards from the American Medical Association as #1 top doctor, and also among the best doctors in Brooklyn. I had problems with my throat, leg problems, and asthma. Dr. Wang seem to resolve these problems better than any doctors I had seen before. I was totally satisfied and I am still satisfied. I just went there yesterday to get a checkup and Dr. Wang told me to get more rest and give me medication pills and told me not to take them unless I felt drowsy or gastrointestinal pains. I give Total Care Medical Center (That’s the new name!) a 5- star. :)
