TGI Fridays

Typical Fridays chain restaurant. If they get busy you might get a dirty table or seat but that's not really a big deal. If you ask they'll clean it off. Much better during the middle of the week.

I had a bad experience tonight with my order. The manager danny that work 02/19/2016 made up for it. I think it's not how the situation starts. But it's how it ends. And that is customer service at it's finest. Keep up the good work.

Im sitting here right now. 30 minutes in and we havent even received a cup of water!!!!! Tables, booths filthy. Employees in the cut texting. I SHOULD HAVE WENT TO APPLEBEES DOWN THE HILL. SMFH

Horrible service ever. Worst restaurant service. I received cold appetizers. Sent it back then got an order that wasn't mine. My steak was a child's portion. My v broccoli was cold. What the hell is going on with thud restaurant. Seriously need proper management. I will never ever step foot again in this restaurant.

My first time eating at a table was great, I won't even lie to you. The second time my boyfriend and I wanted to eat there, we waited 10 minutes and hadn't even been seen by anyone, yet there were two different servers waiting tables behind us in both directions of the table, and not ONE person came to see if we were being taken care of. Whatever, we left and went to Central Ave TGIF which was fantastic. The biggest annoyance is that these last two weeks I've ordered for pickup twice, and BOTH times something was wrong with my order. The first time I ordered two orders of the boneless siracha wings and got plain buffalo, my mozzarella sticks had no marinara on the side, and there was no bleu cheese dressing at all. Tonight, I ordered again boneless siracha wings, the spicy Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta, and the Parmesan crusted chicken. Everything was good untill I opened my chicken and it turned out to be fish!! Now I could say maybe it was a mistake in the kitchen, but it turned out the same girl Jessica who took my order over the phone last time, and this time, rang in something completely different from what I ordered. I just don't understand what's so hard about writing down a simple order, repeating it back to affirm the guests choice, at the same time making sure what you've written down is correct, and ringing it in!! I work in a freaking restaurant for crying out loud, I bartend and have to take To-Go orders. No one is perfect but it isn't freaking rocket science!!!
