A few years ago I used them to finance my student loan. To save money, I decided to pay my student loan and spoke to an account representative by phone in full ahead of schedule by phone. The account representative congratulated me for paying my loan off and indicated I would receive a confirmation letter in the mail. About a year later, I received a past warning wherein the letter stated their system still showed my account as owing money. I
