The facility is new, clean, and conveniently located between RT 17 and the parkway. The team that run the place, from the service advisors, to the technicians are just great and igor to accomodate. Never before I met with such dedication and pride to the brand this team represent and promote. Tesla customer service, in my opinion was taken to the next level of excellence. This in return, create loyal customers and supporters of Tesla. I have my car for 10k miles already, and in spite few hiccups, I don't see myself driving any other car. Thank you Tesla!
