Terry May Concept Flowers

It was nearly impossible to place an order. I come from a family of immigrants and have never seen such poor management of customers when inquiring about very simple bouquet requests. They couldnt speak any English and the miscommunication was unbearable!

Last week, we placed a telephone order for a floral arrangement to congratulate the birth of a baby for our dear friend. Terry May Concept Flowers did a magnificent job with the overall arrangement! It was a very adorable design with delicate bird ornaments. Our friend was very touched by our gift. We will definitely order from them again!
