I love this place, but I think the they can work abut on informing their customers about the cover charge for the upstairs.
I went with a group of friends we asked if we could sit upstairs, and have a drink and they said yes you can. 30 minutes after they started asking people to pay a cover or to go downstairs.

A small cozy bar. Went here to see a live band and it was a great night.

Always have a great time here of a friend. Drinks a reasonably priced and homemade. Music events can be a lot of fun. So different than the rest of Roosevelt

The live jazz gave me the feels! Select drink menu and decent prices. Friendly staff. Great place to chill with a drink and enjoy the vibe. Take your date, guaranteed second date!
