I USE TO LIVE THERE NOT A PLACE TO SEND UR LOVE ONES PROBLEMS WITH MICE ROACHES SOME KF YHE STAFF SUCKS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT GETTING PAID NOT TAKING CARE OF PEOPLE I HAD 3 SURGERYS THAT I HAD TO FIGHT FOR THEY KEPT TRYING TO GET ME NOT TO TAKE IT A FIGHT BORKE OUT BETWEEN TO RESIDENT ALL THE DID WAS LOOK AWAY

this place is dirty, unsanitary conditions, there are Mice, Roaches, and it smells when you get out the elevator you smell urine and Feces, this place needs to be checked by the NYS Health department because this is not somewhere you would want your relative or loved ones to be at.....

My grandmother lives there and she loves it. Says they take really good care of her
