I wish it was possible to give this company less than a 1star. Their customer service is non existent and they are the biggest bunch of crooks I have ever come across. The only thing they execute successfully is charging you for services that did not happen and then calling to get payment on those services that did not occur. The ONLY reason I continue to put myself through the hell of dealing with them is because I love my technician. Buyer beware!!!!!

The technicians have always been polite and thorough in their work. They've never failed to explain exactly what they're looking for and what they're doing at any point during an inspection or service.

I would give 0 stars if it would let me by far the worst had then cone out they for got the matters covers only brought them out after the 3rd treatment not only that but to top it off i moved from where i lived to a new house to find out that there are still bed bugs in my dresser and now since i moved they cant help me never again a waste of money these people have no idea what they are doing stay away from here

Very unreliable. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Had numerous appointments scheduled with them, but tech never shows up. I called the 800 number and complained, was assured that a branch manager will contact me, but that never happened. I had service with them few years back and was very happy. I guess management changed. Now I had to cancel my contact with them because they are the once that didn't hold their end of the bargain.

****Warning DO NOT HIRE.***I wish I read this first before hiring. If I could give zero stars that still would not suit what this Teterboro center should get. Horrible service people because of horrible and incompetent management, especially from the general manager. He is the worst of the whole bunch.
