The guy that came to my house swore that I had bedbugs and I didn't. Put a verifier on my wall and when they came to take it down it tore a hole in the sheet rock. I have been trying to get my money back for months with no reply from the manager on SI. Called him 3 times. Use anybody else but Terminex!!! Horrible service.

this was the worst experience. the only thing they did right was show up on time. they left the gate open and my dog got out. I did find him but it was very stressful. they knew i had a dog because they met him. i still have ants and they have been calling me at least 2 times a day starting at 8:15 for payment for the last 20 days. try someone else. this place is the worst.

Made an appointment, the technician didn't show up.
Called, tweeted, e-mailed - Terminix didn't hear from this location, and I had multiple calls.
They did EXACTLY the same thing a year ago. Simply didn't bother to show up (but reported that they did).

New service manager does manage appts better, but their inspector, Andre Malakara, claims to be an expert but misdiagnosed beetles as bedbugs!!! He's great at sales, but messed up my whole life for 3 months. What a nightmare!!! The general manager, Carmine Accordino, though encouraged by Corporate offices and others in his office, has refused to adjust the price of the service from bedbugs to normal pest control.

waited for an inspector to show up for 4 hours instead of 2. they never showed up. called them 3 times, operators pick up the phone but can not reach an inspector or the manager. can you trust people like this to treat your house? i cant. sorry.
