Tendo Sushi Express

I Don't know the food yet, but the delivery is terrible. I been waiting for 58 minutes for my two sushi combination. IT IS VERY BAD!

Worst customer experience ever. CHARGED ME TWICE AND DID NOT REFUND!

I had the worst experience with Tendo. I ordered and payed with my Credit Card and a week later I found two charges instead of one. I called and the lady that picked up the phone did not want to be responsible for anything. She said that the owner had to go to the store to take care of this but I kept calling and he was never there. I gave my information and nobody had the decency to call back to address this issue. They charged me an extra $40 out of the blue, three days after the original purchase!

The last time I called the lady said "it is not my business, it is not my problem". I asked for the manager or owner's contact information and she said "the owner does not speak English". She yelled at me and she said "this is not my problem, don't call again". Worst customer experience ever, especially when they made mistake.

Their sushi is not even good. Not worth the trouble. If you want good sushi in the Newark area go to Nizi. Much better and they are actually professional.

Quite good place.

Very good sushi and seaweed salad. I will order again.

The place doesn't look like much but the sushi is amazing....highly recommended.
