RUDE receptionist! Ridiculous policy!!
Just to be fair, we have not been here. But the reason we have not is exactly the reason for our review here: their receptionist is rude. We just moved in this area. Our child was sick and we tried to make an appointment. But we could NOT because they require vaccine shot record, without which they can not see our child! This is ridiculous! It seems they care more about paperwork (which we can always provide later) than the children in need. We felt terrible about this type of service and made appointment with another practice.
